No way. You can find all of these foods at your local grocery store.
What kind of foods will I be eating?
Honestly- regular food like meats, fish, veggies, avocados, fruit, etc. When I say this program is not a ‘diet’ I mean it! The foods you eat on this program are normal foods that you can continue eating long after the program is finished.
I don’t necessarily want to lose weight. Will this program still benefit me?
Absolutely!
